Purpose of processing
The purpose of the processing of data is the operation of a website with information about the "Bund Freikirchlicher Pfingstgemeinden" (BFP), its institutions and branches of work, as well as the search for local churches belonging to the BFP. It is possible to get in contact with them by linking. It is also possible to contact the BFP office using the contact form and e-mail addresses on this website.
Collection of general information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider and similar. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content of web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us, if necessary, in order to optimize our Internet presence and the technology behind it.
The processing is carried out in accordance with § 5 para. 1 lit. h BFP data protection on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. In doing so, the data will only be stored for as long as is necessary (see also the next paragraph).
Deletion or restriction of processing (blocking) of data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as stipulated by the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose ceases to apply or these periods have expired, the corresponding data is routinely restricted (blocked) in processing or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

- CSRF token - increases the security of the website against CSRF attacks during e.g. form entries: is automatically deleted when closing the window, tab or browser
- Session cookies (do not contain personal data): are automatically deleted when the window, tab or browser is closed.
- Authentication cookies (voluntary - for simplified login/autologous): deleted after 365 days

The processing is carried out in accordance with § 5 para. 1 lit. h BFP data protection on the basis of our legitimate interest in the up-to-date functionality of our website.

Your rights to information, correction, restriction, deletion and objection.
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. Likewise, you have the right to correction, restriction of processing (blocking) or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business processing, deletion of your personal data. For this purpose, please contact our data protection officer (firstname.lastname@example.org) So that a restriction or blocking of data can be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request that the data be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to archive the data. If such an obligation exists, we will restrict the processing of your data in all cases. You can make changes, object to data processing or revoke consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.
